1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Member/Participant") and The Institute For Inner Peace, a project operating under Wilde Endeavors, Inc., a corporation registered in the State of California ("we," "our," or "us").
By accessing our website, purchasing tickets to our events, enrolling in the Inner Peace Masters Club membership, booking 1:1 holistic services, signing up for health guides, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
2. Services Offered
The Institute For Inner Peace offers the following services and programs, each subject to these Terms:
2.1 Inner Peace Mastery Healers' Retreat
A multi-day in-person wellness retreat bringing together healing practitioners, holistic wellness specialists, and non-profit partners. Ticket purchases are subject to the pricing, refund, and cancellation policies outlined in these Terms.
2.2 Inner Peace Masters Club Membership
A membership-based community for healing practitioners and wellness enthusiasts, offered at the following rates:
- Annual Membership: $999 per year
- Monthly Membership: $111 per month (minimum commitment of 4 months)
Membership benefits include:
- Access to community calls held twice per month
- Three one-day workshops throughout the calendar year
- Discounted ticket pricing for the Inner Peace Mastery Healers' Retreat and future annual retreats
- For members enrolling between the date of these Terms and November 30, 2026: access to all Masters Club community calls scheduled prior to December 2026, which serve as both membership simulations and community recruitment calls
Full membership programming will commence in 2027. Members enrolling prior to December 2026 will receive access to pre-launch community calls as described above.
2.3 1:1 Holistic Wellness Services
Individual holistic wellness sessions and services provided by Nathan Wildes and/or associated practitioners of The Institute For Inner Peace. Specific service offerings, pricing, and booking terms will be published on the Site as these services become available.
2.4 Health Guide and Educational Resources
Digital and/or physical health guides based on the 5 Spheres of Holistic Wellness methodology developed by The Institute For Inner Peace. Specific terms, pricing, and delivery details will be published on the Site as these resources become available.
3. Purchases and Payments
3.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Current pricing for retreat tickets is as follows:
Masters Club Membership pricing is as stated in Section 2.2. All pricing is subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice.
3.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
3.3 Promotional Codes and Discounts
From time to time we may offer promotional codes or discount pricing. Promotional codes are subject to specific terms and expiration dates as communicated at the time of issuance. Codes may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
4.1 Retreat Tickets
Due to the nature of our retreat programming and the commitments we make to our venue, speakers, and non-profit partners, the following cancellation policy applies:
Ticket transfers to another individual are permitted with prior written approval from The Institute For Inner Peace, subject to a $150 transfer fee.
4.2 Masters Club Membership
Monthly memberships require a minimum commitment of 4 months. Cancellation requests submitted after the minimum commitment period will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial month refunds will be issued.
Annual memberships are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase. Within 14 days of purchase, a full refund may be requested if no membership benefits have been accessed.
4.3 1:1 Services and Health Guides
Specific refund and cancellation terms for 1:1 holistic services and health guide purchases will be published on the Site at the time those services become available. Generally, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4.4 Event Cancellation by The Institute For Inner Peace
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone a retreat or event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, venue issues, or force majeure events), we will offer affected ticket holders either a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled event. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel or accommodation expenses.
5. Membership Terms
5.1 Membership Access
Upon enrollment and payment, members will receive access to the membership benefits described in Section 2.2 within 48 hours. Access credentials and community call information will be delivered to the email address provided at enrollment.
5.2 Member Conduct
The Inner Peace Masters Club is a professional community built on mutual respect, collaboration, and shared commitment to healing and wellness. Members agree to:
- Treat all community members, facilitators, and staff with dignity and respect
- Refrain from promoting competitive services or soliciting other members without prior written approval
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personal sharing by other community members during calls and workshops
- Not record, reproduce, or distribute any community calls, workshop content, or proprietary materials without express written permission
- Conduct themselves professionally and in alignment with the values of holistic wellness and community healing
5.3 Membership Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any membership, without refund, in cases of conduct that violates these Terms, disrupts the community, or is otherwise deemed detrimental to the wellbeing of other members or the integrity of The Institute For Inner Peace.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site and in our programs — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, the 5 Spheres of Holistic Wellness methodology, curriculum materials, workshop content, and health guides — is the intellectual property of The Institute For Inner Peace and/or Wilde Endeavors, Inc., and is protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without express prior written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided proper attribution is given.
7. Affiliate Program
We operate an affiliate referral program through Rewardful. Participation in our affiliate program is subject to separate affiliate agreement terms provided at the time of enrollment. Affiliates agree to promote our services honestly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC disclosure requirements for material connections.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Wellness Disclaimer
The services, content, and programs offered by The Institute For Inner Peace are intended for general wellness and educational purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Nothing on our Site or in our programs should be construed as medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any wellness program or making changes to your health regimen.
8.2 No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or experiences from participation in our retreat, membership, or any other services. Individual results will vary based on personal circumstances, commitment, and other factors beyond our control.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Institute For Inner Peace and Wilde Endeavors, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8.4 Assumption of Risk
By participating in in-person retreat events, workshops, or other physical programming, you acknowledge and assume all inherent risks associated with such participation, including physical activity and travel. You agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff and facilitators.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Institute For Inner Peace, Wilde Endeavors, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.
11. Privacy
Your use of our Site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document and notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our Site. Your continued use of our Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Institute For Inner Peace with respect to your use of our Site and services, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
