The Institute For Inner Peace is a comprehensive health and wellness hub that offers a wide array of services designed to treat the whole person. We focus on five core spheres of health: physical, emotional, psychological, environmental, and energy-related. Our services include massage, Reiki, lymphatic treatments, pre-natal massage, craniosacral therapy, life coaching, and more. We also offer group classes in Yoga, Pilates, Qi Gong, sound baths, meditation, and somatics to help our clients cultivate lasting wellness. Mobile and In-studio services are also available!
